    incidents compared to the total number of employees.
  8. Accessibility Compliance Score: How well the
    company meets accessibility standards.
  9. Supplier Diversity Ratio: The percentage of suppliers
    from diverse backgrounds.
  10. Diversity Recruitment Ratio: The percentage of
    diverse candidates in the recruitment process.
