What this quote tells us is that you need to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be able to improve in specific areas and showcase the progress to the team.

  5. Presenteeism Rate: The percentage of time employees are at work but not fully productive.
  6. Employee Turnover Rate: The percentage of employees who leave the company.
  7. Voluntary Turnover Rate: The percentage of employees who choose to leave the company.
  8. Involuntary Turnover Rate: The percentage of employees who are asked to leave the company.
  9. Retention Rate: The percentage of employees who stay with the company.
  10. Employee Loyalty Index: How loyal and committed employees are to the company.
  11. Employee Advocacy Score: How likely employees are to speak positively about the company.
  12. Employee Feedback Response Rate: The percentage of employees who provide feedback when asked.
  13. Employee Recognition Participation Rate: The percentage of employees who take part in recognition programs.
